7. Give scenario/s that will justify employee/employer boundary of relationships in work and treatment.

            Having an experience during my on-job-training as a computer laboratory assistant in ACLC, Tagum City gives me an idea on the boundary of relationship in work and treatment of employee and employer.

            My employer there is good. She always checks the students and keeps her superiority and respect to her subordinates. She divides the work in an equal manner to her subordinates. She is superior because she is the boss. Almost all the commands must be followed and as an assistant I always follow. But she divides her attitude when we are working and when we are outside the school. She is different if we are in the premise but we are just like an ordinary friend outside.

            She is not bias on the work being given to us. She respects his/her subordinates to gain the respect of his/her subordinates. But there is a gap in working time. You should always follow what she said and you should approach her with respect.
